Pita Madness 2026 Official Rules

The Pita Madness 2026 Promotion runs from Tuesday, March 17, 2026 through Monday, April 6, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), coinciding with the 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament. Prize Drawings for each Round occur after that Round is completed. Pita Pit USA reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. Likewise, Pita Pit USA reserves the right to amend these Promotion Rules at any time and without notice.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Pita Pit USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

Participants must be registered members of the Pita Pit Rewards program through the Pita Pit mobile app. Same-day sign-ups during the Promotion Period are eligible.

During the Promotion Period, eligible Pita Pit Rewards members may acquire entries by ordering through the Pita Pit mobile app and making a qualifying purchase of $5.00 or more at any participating Pita Pit USA location on a Game Day. The following conditions apply:

• Participants must order through the Pita Pit mobile app at a participating location on a Game Day to qualify for entry in that Round
• A minimum purchase of $5.00 is required as a qualifying order
• Each qualifying order entitles the participant to one (1) entry in the Prize Drawing for the Round in which the order occurred, and one (1) Grand Prize Championship entry
• Once the Round drawing occurs, the entry will not be eligible for further Round drawings but shall remain in the Grand Prize Championship drawing
• Should a participant spend more than $5.00 at a purchase they will receive additional entries in $5.00 aliquots. That means that if a purchase is made of $20.52 then the participant shall receive four (4) entries for that Round and four (4) entries for the Grand Prize Championship
• Multiple entries are permitted per Game Day
• Valid for dine-in, pick-up, and delivery orders at participating locations
• Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value

After each Round is completed during the Promotion Period, Pita Pit USA will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received in that Round to award Pita Pit Rewards credits (“Round Prizes”). The prize value and number of Prize winners per Round corresponds to the following:

• Round Prize winners will be selected at random from entries received on each respective Game Day in that Round and notified via push notification and/or email associated with their Pita Pit Rewards account
• Prizes are awarded as Pita Pit Rewards credits applied directly to the winner’s account within 48 hours of notification
• Previous Round Prize winners remain eligible for the Grand Prize Championship but not other Rounds
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
• Total Round Prizes: 66 Round winners, $3,000 in total Round value

All qualifying entries earned during the Promotion Period are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Championship. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random to receive $1,000 in Pita Pit Rewards credits (“Grand Prize”).

• No purchase necessary to enter or win the Grand Prize. For a free method of entry, send a hand-printed postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Pita Pit USA, Attn: Pita Madness 2026 Sweepstakes, 105 N 4th St, Suite 201, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814. Postcard must be received by April 13, 2026. Each post card will count as one (1) entry and be combined with all other entrants.
• Each qualifying purchase earns one (1) Grand Prize entry. Multiple entries are permitted
• The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random on or about April 13, 2026, and notified via the email address and/or push notification associated with their Pita Pit Rewards account
• The Grand Prize winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at the sole discretion of Pita Pit USA
• The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period

All prizes are awarded as Pita Pit Rewards credits through the gift card program and may not be redeemed for cash only for Pita Pit food purchases. The approximate retail value of all prizes combined is $4,000. Total number of winners: 67.

Limitation of Liability: Pita Pit USA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. All prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Privacy: Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Pita Pit USA Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

Pre-tax: All purchases and/or orders are computed on pre-tax dollars. That means the $5.00 minimum is pre-tax dollars as is the total purchase price for multiple entries.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Pita Pit USA to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claims shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
