National Tzatziki Day Terms & Conditions

The National Tzatziki Day Promotion runs from Friday, February 20, 2026 through Sunday, February 22, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All offers and activities are limited to the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated. Pita Pit USA reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Pita Pit USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in the Gift Card Sweepstakes.

Participants must be registered members of the Pita Legion rewards program through the Pita Pit mobile app. Same-day sign-ups during the Promotion Period are eligible.

During the Promotion Period, eligible Pita Legion members may receive one (1) free pita with an extra side of tzatziki per day by entering the promo code TzatzikiDay in the Pita Pit mobile app ("Free Pita Offer"). The following conditions apply:

• Limit one (1) free pita per person, per day, per order
• Valid for dine-in or customer pick-up orders only; delivery orders are excluded
• The free pita is limited to one of the following promotional pitas: The Super Greek, The Mediterranean, or The Falafel; premium or specialty upgrades may incur additional charges
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts
• The offer has no cash value and is non-transferable
• Available only at participating Pita Pit USA locations while supplies last
• Pita Pit USA reserves the right to limit, modify, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice

During the Promotion Period, everyone who places an order using the promo code TzatzikiDay is automatically entered into a random drawing to win one of five (5) Pita Pit USA gift cards valued at $100 each (total prize pool: $500). The promo code must be redeemed on a qualifying dine-in or customer pick-up order to receive both the Free Pita Offer and a sweepstakes entry.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. For a free method of entry, send a hand-printed postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Pita Pit USA, Attn: National Tzatziki Day Sweepstakes, 105 N 4th St, Suite 201, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. Postcard must be received by February 28, 2026.
• Each qualifying order counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted (one per qualifying order)
• Winners will be selected at random on or about March 7, 2026 and notified via the email address associated with their Pita Legion account
• Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at the sole discretion of Pita Pit USA
• Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period

Pita Legion members who redeem the Free Pita Offer on all three (3) days of the Promotion Period (Friday, February 20; Saturday, February 21; and Sunday, February 22, 2026) will qualify to receive a Limited Edition National Tzatziki Day T-Shirt ("Trifecta Prize").

• Qualifying participants will be contacted via the email address associated with their Pita Legion account to confirm their shipping address and preferred T-shirt size
• T-shirts will be shipped within 6-8 weeks following the close of the Promotion Period
• Trifecta Prizes are available while supplies last and are limited to one (1) per person
• T-shirt sizes and styles are subject to availability. Pita Pit USA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
• Pita Pit USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipments once dispatched

Fraud & Abuse: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Pita Pit USA reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering, fraud, or abuse, and to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: Pita Pit USA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. All prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Privacy: Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Pita Pit USA Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Pita Pit USA to use the winner's name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claims shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
